Ingredients and Steps


2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 pouch Sauces from Scratch Marinara Sauce (905),thawed

1 cup white wine
1 cup bottled clam juice or vegetable broth
1/4 tsp pepper
6 fillets Alaskan Salmon (559), prepared

1/2 pkg Mediterranean Vegetable Blend (848), frozen

1. Bring marinara, tomatoes, wine, broth and Italian seasoning to a boil.

2. Reduce heat, add salmon, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.

3. Add vegetable blend and return to a boil.

4. Reduce heat, add salmon then cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
