Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
    chopped onion
  • 2 cans (10.75-oz.)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 cup
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup
    chicken broth
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 12 oz
    wide egg noodles, prepared
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Lightly spray 3½- or 4-quart slow-cooker with non-stick cooking oil.

2. Place chicken and onions into slow-cooker.

3. Mix together soup, soy sauce, mushrooms, garlic and broth.

4. Pour mixture over chicken and onion.

5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or 4 hours on high.

6. Stir in sour cream and season five minutes prior to serving.

7. Serve stroganoff over noodles.

Tip: For easy cleanup, apply a disposable slow-cooker liner.
