Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
    chopped onion
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 cup
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup
    chicken broth
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 12 oz
    wide egg noodles, prepared
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Lightly spray 3-1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking oil.

2. Place chicken and onions into slow cooker.

3. Mix together soup, soy sauce, mushrooms, garlic and broth.

4. Pour mixture over chicken and onion.

5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or 4 hours on high.

6. Stir in sour cream and season five minutes prior to serving.

7. Serve stroganoff over noodles. 

Tip: For easy cleanup, apply a disposable slow cooker liner.
