Sauté white parts of onions in oil 1-2 minutes.

Stir in corn and season to taste and cook 5-6 minutes or until heated. 

Blend in green parts of onions.

Top corn mixture over salmon, sprinkle with thyme and serve.

Tip: Great served with shaved parmesan cheese.
