Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
    thinly sliced red onions
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp
    chipotle powder
  • 1/2 cup
    shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime zest and juice

Instructions

1. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.

2. Mix ingredients together and place into a foil pouch sprayed with cooking oil.

3. Seal and grill 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway through grill time.

Tip: Mix together equal parts sour cream and salsa for a tasty dipping sauce to serve on the side.
