Asian Glazed Chicken Skewers- Combine ½-cup rice vinegar, 5 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp scallion, ½ cup soy sauce , ¼ cup toasted Asian sesame oil, 3 Tbsp Asian chili garlic sauce, 3 Tbsp minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Combine chicken and glaze together – refrigerate 2 hours. Remove chicken. Bring half of mixture to a boil or until temperature reaches 165°. Grill chicken and brush with glaze the remaining 10 minutes of cook time.

Dry Rub BBQ Chicken- Combine 6 Tbsp garlic powder, 3 Tbsp onion powder, 2½- Tbsp. dried thyme, 5 Tbsp kosher salt, ½ cup paprika, 3 Tbsp cayenne pepper, 4 Tbsp white pepper, 2½ Tbsp. dried oregano. Rub desired amount over chicken and grill.

Herb Grilled Chicken- Combine 2 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley, 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary, 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme, ½ tsp onion salt, 1 tsp dried sage, 4 cloves garlic, minced, ¼ cup olive oil, salt and pepper. Rub over chicken and grill.

Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken- Combine ½ cup honey, ¼ cup lime juice, zest of half a lime,  ½ cup soy sauce,  Tbsp sriracha and 1 tsp black pepper. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Remove from marinate and grill. Bring marinade to a boil until reduced by half and thickens to a glaze. Baste chicken with sauce halfway through cook time.

Buffalo Grilled Chicken- Combine ½ cup hot sauce, 2 Tbsp melted butter, ½ tsp kosher salt, 2 Tbsp olive oil. Grill chicken then toss with sauce.

Grilled Chicken under a Brick with lemon, garlic and oregano- Brine chicken up to one hour in 2 quarts cold water, ½-cup kosher salt and ¼-cup sugar. Wrap four bricks with foil. Remove chicken from brine and pat dry. Combine six garlic cloves and salt together into a paste. Add 2 tsp fresh oregano, kosher salt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 Tbsp olive oil, brush mixture over chicken. Place on grill, top with bricks, grill 12 minutes, turnover halfway through grill time.

Beer Basted Chicken- Combine all ingredients, 1 stick melted butter, ½- tsp. garlic salt, 1 tbsp. kosher salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp dried parsley flakes, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp sugar, 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup beer. Add chicken breasts marinate 30 minutes and grill

Wet BBQ Chicken- Mix 1 cup of sweet BBQ sauce, ¼-cup grape-seed oil. Apply to grilled meat during the cooking to create a gooey BBQ crust.
