Here's a great go-to seasoning that’s perfect for a weeknight grilling.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 2 tsp
    finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp
    finely chopped thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion salt
  • 1 tsp
    dried sage
  • 4
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup
    olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
2. Mix spices and herbs together.
3. Sprinkle desired amount of seasoning over both sides of chicken
4. Place remaining seasoning mixture into an airtight container for later use.
5. Grill 10 - 12 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time.
