Instructions

1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season filets liberally with oil, salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Grill to desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Mix together mustard and mayo. Spread on bottom and top halves of bread.
5. Slice steak into strips and place over bottom half of bread. Top with remaining ingredients.
6. Cover with the top bread half, slice into quarters and serve.

Tips: Experiment with variety of seasonings to add additional flavor.
