You won't believe how easy it is to roasted garlic on the grill, with three simple ingredients you can create a delicious addition to any meal.

    Whole head of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 2
    sprig fresh rosemary


1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Slice off top of garlic.
3. Place each onto a sheet of aluminum foil, large enough to cover whole bulb.
4. Drizzle lightly with oil and place rosemary sprig over top.
5. Wrap tightly and place on upper grill rack or over indirect heat.
6. Close lid cook 30 minutes or until the garlic has soften.
7. Unwrap and serve with salmon
