Tilapia is a delicious, mild tasting white and flaky fish. Our hand-cut loins are thicker and more consistent, making them perfect for grilling.



1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
2. Place Tilapia on four pieces of foil coated with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Top loins with olive oil, spice blend, tomatoes, thyme and lemon.
4. Double fold top and sides of foil to make a loose pouch.
5. Grill 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
