Cedar planked salmon is easy to prepared either on the grill, or in the oven for a great smoky flavor.

1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Soak plank in water for 30 minutes or more.
3. Lightly pat dry and place in oven and bake 15 minutes.
4. Remove and rub top side with oil and place plank on a baking sheet.
5. Turn oven to broil setting.
6. Lay salmon on plank, top with butter, salt and pepper
7. Place on top rack and broil 25 minutes or until cooked through.
