1. Sauté onions in olive oil in a large skillet, 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add ginger, pepper, chili sauce, and fish sauce.
3. Stir in green beans and bacon, continue to cook 3-5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
4. Garnish with sesame oil drizzle and sesame seeds, if desired.
Tip: Fish Sauce, or "Nam Pla" in Thai, is one of the basic ingredients in Thai cooking and can be purchased in the Asian section of your grocery store.
