Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag
    Roasted Fingerling Potatoes (736), thawed
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425®F.

2. Mix together cream cheese, garlic, butter, mayo, and parsley in large bowl.

3. Remove 1/2 cup of mixture into a serving bowl and set aside.

4. Blend potatoes with remaining mixture. Place onto a baking tray in a single layer.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

6. Serve with dipping sauce on the side.
