From the coast we offer fish tacos. A balanced combination of mild flavored Tilapia with crunchy shredded cabbage and a tangy mayo makes this a must try recipe.

  • 1/2 cup
    plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
    coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup
    finely dice red onions
  • 1/4 cup
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup
    radishes, sliced
  • 4 6"
    flour tortillas


1. Stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise to make a sauce.

2. Mix cabbage, onions and cilantro with half of the yogurt sauce.

3. Prepare fish according to package directions. Place over warm tortillas.

4. Top with cabbage mixture and radishes. Serve with remaining yogurt sauce.

Tip: For a hint of heat and extra flavor add sliced jalepeno peppers, and a sqeeze of fresh lime juice
