  • 1 cup
    BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup
    peach preserves
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 each
    red and green pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 1
    medium red onion, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 2 sliced
    fresh peaches
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 8 12"
    bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes or overnight


1. Preheat grill to medium heat

2. Combine BBQ, jam, garlic and mustard; reserve ½ cup for serving.

3. Tread chicken and vegetable pieces onto skewer.Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.

4. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionaly.Reduce heat to medium-low.

5. Brush skewers with sauce every 2-3 minutes; continue to cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve with reserved sauce.
