    seedless cucumber, sliced into half moons
  • 1 lg
    tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    red or green bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup
    rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp


1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: Add some extra cayenne or red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
