Shrimp and pasta stuffed peppers - a delicious change from the traditional stuffed pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 tray
    Creamy Marinara with Cavatappi Pasta (550), frozen
  • 4-6 large
    bell peppers, assorted colors
  • 2 cups
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup
    Italian-style breadcrumbs

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cut a slit in pasta film and microwave 4 minutes

3. Cook shrimp in microwave for 3 minutes

4. Mix pasta and shrimp together.

5. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and clean out.

6. Fill peppers with pasta mixture.

7. Place in baking pan and top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
