Top Mahi Mahi fillets with this Macadamia and coconut topping for the perfect flavor and texture.

Ingredients

    Mahi Mahi Fillets (536), thawed
  • 1 can (13.5 oz)
    coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cups
    roasted macadamia nuts, coarsely ground
  • 1/2 cup
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 cup
    butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup
    flaked or shredded coconut
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425° F.

2. Place thawed fillets in 8x8 inch pan.

3. Pour coconut milk over fillets. Cover and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

4. Mix together nuts, panko, flour, butter and coconut.

5. Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking oil.

6. Place Mahi Mahi on foil and top with nut mixture.

7. Bake 20-21 minutes or until crust is golden brown and fillets are cooked through.
