Ingredients

Instructions

1. Season chops with salt and garlic.

2. Preheat oil in skillet over medium high heat.

3. Saute chops 4 minutes on each side. Add onions and continue frying for 5 minutes.

4. Add broth, reduce heat and simmer 10 minute or until sauce has reduce to half.

5. Serve onions and sauce over chops.
