A wonderful flavor combination of sweet, tart and warm cinnamon spice.
1. Dissolve corn starch into apple cider.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients and place into a sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce to medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture slightly thickens.
4. Remove from heat and drizzle over pie slices prior to serving.
