"I love this product! My husband and I have different tastes when it comes to topping and this makes it so easy to customize.

My favorites is chicken piccata so I make a suace with chicken stock, fresh lemon juice, capers, fresh parsley, butter, salt and pepper. One of my favorite dinners!!"

  • 1 cup
    chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    drained capers
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, cubed
  • 4 cups
    cooked angel hair pasta
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley


1. Stir together chicken broth, cornstarch, lemon juice and capers in small saucepan.

2. Simmer over medium heat 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened.

3. Remove pan from heat and stir in butter.

4. Drizzle sauce over prepared chicken and pasta.

5. Garnish with parsley
