A hot or cold easy-to-make potato salad ready in minutes.
Rice vinegar is slightly milder than cidar vinegar so you get a more mild pleasing dressing that compliments the roasted flavor of the potatoes.
1. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and onion.
2. Drizzle half of dressing over potatoes and refrigerate.
3. Stir remaining dressing into potatoes just before serving.
Tip: Crumbled bacon adds extra flavor.
