Crisp bright green beans with an easy-to-make sweet tart dressing.

Rice vinegar has a nice mild taste and does not overpower the fresh green bean flavor.

1. Prepare green beans according to package instructions, drain and chill.

2. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.

3. Stir in onion and drizzle over green beans just before serving.

Tip: The green bean salad can be made ahead of time but the green beans will lose some of their bright rich color.
