Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
    lime juice
  • 1/2 cup
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • Assorted cut vegetables (onion, cherry tomatoes, bell, jalapenos or poblano pepper)

Instructions

1. Combine lime juice, oil, chili, cumin, onion, garlic and salt to make a marinade.

2. Place meat and marinade into sturdy plastic bag or glass dish. Marinate 30 minutes.

3. Skewer 3 portions of meat with 3-4 pieces of desired vegetables.

4. Prepare according to package instructions or desired doneness.
