Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    Chicken Vegetable Soup with Multigrain Dinner Rolls (722), thawed
  • 1 pkg (1 oz)
    chicken taco seasoning
  • 2 box (6.5 oz)
    corn bread mix
  • 1 can (4 oz)
    diced green chile peppers
  • 1 cup
    sour cream
  • 1 cup
    water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

2. Mix corn, soup and taco seasoning. Pour into 13x9-inch casserole dish.

3. Combine corn bread mix, chilies, sour cream and water.

4. Spread over soup mixture.

5. Bake 45 minutes.

6. Serve with enclosed dinner rolls.

Tip: To garnish, try topping with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
