Instructions

1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

2. Sauté potatoes, cranberries and bacon 6-8 minutes.

3. Add butter and cook 2 minutes.

4. Stir in maple syrup, pepper and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with green onion.

Tip: Add some chopped pecans for a little crunch
