The simple caper sauce tops our mild flavored salmon and add a hint of zest to entertain your taste buds.

    Coarse salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    sundried tomato pesto
  • 1/2 cup
    white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup
    capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup


1.  Season salmon with salt and pepper.

2.  Sauté filets in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-6 minute on each side or until golden brown.

3.  Stir in garlic, pesto and sauté 2 minutes.

4.  Mix vinegar or lemon juice and cornstarch. Stir into pan with fish.

5.  Lower heat to medium and stir in capers and butter.
