A quick comforting soup/salad like Asain style entree loaded with exotic flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch
    Boneless Beef Short Ribs with Juice (426), thawed
  • 3 cups
    water
  • 1/2 cup
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    Chinese 5-spice seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 pkg (6 oz)
    wide-style chow mein noodles
  • 4 cups
    chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups
    fresh bean sprouts

Instructions

1. Combine beef short ribs, water, soy sauce, five spice and brown sugr in a saucepan.

2. Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes.

3. Divide prepared noodles, lettuce and bean sprouts evenly in 4 bowls.

4. Spoon soup and beef over noodle vegetable mix.

Tip: For a hint of heat add some sriracha hot sauce.
