Great for all ages! Crunchy chocolate coated cookies melt in your mouth along with our peppermint flavored ice cream.

    chocolate covered mint cookies
  • 2 cups
    Peppermint Stick Ice Cream (217), softened


1. Place 16 cookies on a sheet pan.

2. Scoop a tablespoon of ice cream onto each cookie.

3. Top ice cream with another cookie and gently press together. Cover and freeze and freeze 1 hour.

Tip: Make ahead, keeps for weeks in the freezer.
