Bring back the 70’s with this timeless recipe favorite.
Simple layered salad ingredients are topped with a rich creamy dressing and sprinkled with plenty of cheese and sweet smoky bits of bacon.
1. Layer lettuce, celery, peppers, onions, water chestnuts and peas in a large clear serving bowl.
2. Mix together mayonnaise and sugar.
3. Spread mixture over the peas and top with shredded cheese and bacon.
4. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
