Salmon is an excellent source of protein and Omega 3 fatty acid which promotes heart health.  Excellent simply grilled and topped with a refreshing mango kiwi sala .

Ingredients

  • 1
    mango, peeled and diced
  • 2
    kiwis, peeled & diced
  • 2 Tbsp.
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup
    green onion, sliced
  • 1/2
    jalepeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped

Instructions

1. Grill salmon according to package instructions.

2. Mix remaining ingredients in glass bowl and chill.

3. Serve grilled salmon with salsa on the side.
