This rich, savory dish consists of delicious vegetables and generous portions of roasted chicken served over biscuits. This is comfort food at it's best!
1. Sauté peppers, onions and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour and stir until mixture is bubbly.
3. Stir in chicken, stock and peas. Bring mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Serve over warm biscuits.
