A simply delicious slow cooker stew! This hearty dish with chunks of tender and juicy beef tips and fall harvested vegetables is a one dish meal your family will enjoy.

  • 1 10 3/4 oz can
    tomato soup, undiluted
  • 12
    small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups
    baby carrots
  • 1
    large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pkg
    dry beef gravy mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Place frozen unwrapped beef  into a large 5 quart slow cooker.

2. Add, tomato soup, potatoes, carrots, onions and gravy mix. Season as desired.

3. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hrs or until vegetables are tender and beef is thawed and hot.
