Our delicious lightly sweetened strawberries are a perfect topping for making this light and airy breakfast or dessert.

    eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • 1/2 tsp.
  • 2 oz.
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp.
    brown sugar
  • 2 cups
    Whole Strawberries (#745), thawed, drained & sliced


1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.

2. Beat together eggs, water and salt. Fill 8 tins 2/3 full with egg mixture.

3. Top egg mixture with cream cheese, brown sugar and half of the strawberries.

4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until brown sugar melts and eggs have set.

5. Remove from tins, dust with confectioner's sugar and top with remaining strawberries.
