Mini-mini berry pies! Scrumptious little morsels filled with our tart berry blend and smooth cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp.
    lemon zest
  • 1 15 oz.
    refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 Tbsp.
    powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.

2. Gently stir together berries, cream cheese, sugar and lemon zest.

3. Cut out 18 pie crust rounds using a 3” cutter.

4. Fill rounds with a about 1 teaspoon of berry cream cheese filling. Fold rounds in half and seal edges with a fork.

5. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.  Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
