A fabulous entree salad made with tangy BBQ pork, sweet corn and rich chunks of avocado drizzled with your choice of tangy dressing.



1. Slice pork chops into thin strips then mix together with BBQ sauce and set aside.

2. Saute corn in lightly oiled non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and warm.

3. Place salad greens into a serving platter, top with corn, BBQ pork, avocado and tomatoes.

4. Drizzle with dressing and serve.

Tip: To add some crunch, top salad with crushed corn chips
