Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium head
    Napa cabbage, chopped or shredded
  • 1 can (14 oz)
    Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz)
    water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz)
    bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 cup
    poppy seed dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup
    chow mein noodles

Instructions

1. Mix together all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

2. Plate and spread noodles on top or around salad.

Tip: Brocolli slaw or chopped cole slaw can be used instead of the napa cabbage.
