Cook the ham the night before and put half in the fridge. The leftover ham is perfect for this recipe for a whole new meal. Now that's cooking smart!
1. Heat cheese sauce with milk over medium heat until bubbly.
2. Stir in sour cream, tortellini, broccoli and ham.
3. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Substitute peas for broccoli.
