Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    chunky salsa
  • 1 Tbsp
    BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/4 cup
    green olives with pimientos, sliced
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2.  Place fish on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil.

3. Mix salsa, BBQ sauce, lime juice, olives, cilantro,parsely and spoon over fillets.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish begins to flake and is opaque.
