Cheesy potatoes that go with every entrée you choose. For a true down-home side dish, this is an absolutely divine spin on traditional scalloped potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg (8 oz)
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup
    sour cream
  • 1 cup
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg (8 oz)
    herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/2 cup
    butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Combine taters and onion in a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking oil.

3. Mix soups, cream cheese, sour cream and spoon over taters. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with stuffing mix and drizzle with melted butter.

4. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
