1. Bake Baguette Bread according to package directions.
2. Prepare Chicken Fajita Meat according to package directions; set aside.
3. Cut around the top third of each loaf to create a "lid". Remove the "lid", set aside and hollow out each loaf with a spoon.
4. In a large bowl, add filling ingredients and toss to mix.
5. Place half the filling mix in each loaf; place half of Fajita meat on top. Cover with bread "lid".
6. Cut in half to serve.
