1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Press cookie dough into 8 -inch pie pan leaving sides slightly thicker than bottom.
3. Bake 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
4. Spread ice cream evenly over crust. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
5. Cut into wedges, drizzle with syrup and top with raspberries.
