1. Preheat oven to broil.

2. Arrange sliced bread on baking pan in a single layer and brush with melted butter.

3. Broil  bread for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Top with strawberry slices and sprinkle with sugar.

5. Broil just long enough to carmelize sugar.

Tip: Add a touch of cinnamon if you are using the bruschetta as a dessert.
