  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place tray on baking sheet.
  2. Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
  3. Remove and discard plastic film. Bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.



Oven-Micro-Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Microwave enchiladas on HIGH (100% power) 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Place tray on baking sheet. Remove and discard film.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
