Microwave

  1. Open one end of wrapper, do not remove omelet from wrapper.
  2. Place omelet on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Cook on HIGH (100% power) 1 ½ to 2 minutes


Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 325?F.
  2. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place unwrapped omelet in a single layer on baking sheet and loosely cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes; turn omelet over halfway through cooking time.
