Conventional Oven


  1. Standard muffin: 1 puck
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
  4. Place 1 piece of muffin batter in each cup
  5. Bake for 26 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
  7. LARGE MUFFIN: 2 PUCKS
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  9. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan or a 6-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
  10. Place 2 pieces of muffin batter in each cup.
  11. Bake for 38 to 42 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
  12. Cool on wire rack.
  13. Muffin Tops: 1 piece
  14. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  15. Place 12 pieces of muffin batter on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  16. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
  17. Cool on wire rack.
