  2. Add ¼ cup of water and cover.
  3. Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir and replace cover. Rotate dish if necessary.
  5. Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 4 additional minutes.
  6. Let stand 1 minute.

  1. Pour 2 teaspoons oil into a medium saute pan (or coat with non-stick cooking spray); heat over Medium heat.
  2. Add rice pilaf and 2 tablespoons water; cover.
  3. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
