Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Note: For extra crispness, turn potatoes over half-way through cooking time.


Deep Fry

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F.
  2. Place 1/4 bag of quick taters in hot oil.
  3. Deep fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
