Sliced Beef with Mashed Potatoes

TIME TO TABLE:* 70 MINUTES

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from carton.
  2. Place tray on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 50 minutes.
  4. CAREFULLY pull back plastic film, stir potatoes and separate beef slices.
  5. Replace film and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film and stir potatoes.


Microwave

  1. Remove tray from carton. Cut slits in film to vent.
  2. Place tray on microwave-safe plate.
  3. Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 13 to 15 minutes.
  4. CAREFULLY pull back plastic film, stir potatoes and separate beef slices.
  5. Replace film and cook on HIGH (100% power) for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film and stir potatoes.
