Oven-Micro-Bake


  1. Preheat conventional oven to 400°F.
  2. Dip 4 lasagna roll ups in water to lightly coat and place in single layer in microwave and oven safe 8"x8" casserole dish.
  3. Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap.
  4. Cook in Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 7-8 minutes.
  5. Remove and discard plastic wrap; cover roll ups with 2 cups of sauce.
  6. Cover dish loosely with foil; bake on center rack of oven 30-35 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.



Conventional Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cover bottom of 8"x8" casserole dish with 1/2 cup sauce.
  3. Place 4 roll ups in single layer; cover with an additional 1 1/2 cups sauce.
  4. Cover loosely with foil; bake on center rack of oven 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil; bake for an additional 15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Tip: Add shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top for the last 15 minutes of baking.



Microwave


  1. Dip 1 lasagna roll up in water to lightly coat and place in microwave safe dish.
  2. Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap.
  3. Cook on HIGH (100% power) 2 minutes.
  4. Remove plastic wrap; cover with 3/4 cup of sauce.
  5. Recover; cook on HIGH (100% power) 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
