Stove Top

  1. Coat large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Preheat skillet to Medium-High heat.
  3. Pour potato, sausage, and egg mixture into skillet. Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes, stir occasionally.
  4. Stir in 2 Tablespoons water; cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
